Graphic Designer
Customer Service Advisor




Graphic Designer - £16,500 to £20,000 per annum

An exciting opportunity exists for a Graphic Designer to join our busy team of six producing advertising, packaging, catalogues and promotional material for the company and its customers which include national newspapers, magazines and their e-commerce divisions.

We are looking for a fully qualified Graphic Designer with at least five years commercial studio experience.

The ideal candidate will have a strong creative ability, an eye for detail as well as a good knowledge of design practice. Educated to degree level or equivalent, you will be creative, well organised, hardworking and conscientious. Experience of progressing design work from initial concepts to finished artwork for print is essential, as is up-to-date knowledge and experience of a range of Mac-based software particularly InDesign, Quark Xpress, Illustrator, Photoshop and Acrobat.

  Candidate profile

A minimum of five years experience in a commercial studio environment.
Highly experienced in the use of InDesign, Quark, Illustrator and Photoshop.
Good communication skills both written and verbally.
An ability to work to tight / challenging deadlines.
Self –directed with excellent organisational skills.
Creative thinker.
Great attention to detail in all aspects of work.

Salary £16,500 to £20,000.

Customer Service Advisors

We are a large and very successful mail order group processing around 850,000 orders a year. We are looking for a driven customer service advisor to join our busy call centre team.

In this fast paced role you will process postal, internet and telephone orders for a wide variety of the groups' products ranging from fishing tackle, shoes and clothing to home and garden products. A key element of the role is helping customers with any queries they may have before, during or after placing their order.










  Candidate profile

Excellent communication skills both written and oral.
Excellent organisation skills.
Energetic and results orientated.
Able to work under own initiative.
Enthusiastic, ambitious and self-motivated.
Effective written and oral communication skill.
Previous experience working in a call centre a distance advantage.

Hours of work 9am - 5:30pm in a rotating shift pattern with Saturday work required once in every 3 weeks (paid at 50p per hour premium)

£6.25 per hour.
