per hour increasing to £5.80 per hour after One
month.
Our customer advisor team ensures that every customer who
calls BVG Airflo feels special, and becomes a valued customer
for life ensuring the highest standards of service are upheld.
Applicants must be computer literate, enthusiastic and committed
to offering customer service excellence at all times. Previous
telephone experience would be an advantage but is not essential.
All new team members will follow an initial three month
training program, backed with weekly product training sessions.
Further staff development programs are then provided which
can result in increased responsibility and remuneration.
Hours of work will fall between 9am and 7pm in a rotating
shift pattern with Saturday work required one in every 4
weeks (paid at 50p per hour premium).
