to receive the awards was Robert Williams (Product Sourcing

Airflo Group Ltd secures major new contracts with the Telegraph
and Channel 4 |

BVG Airflo
Group Ltd secures two major new contracts handling the book
and video business for the Telegraph and Channel 4. Alex
Stitt, Enterprise Director, Telegraph Group Limited said: |

"BVG
is well-known to the newspapers for its efficiency
and excellent customer service, both essential qualities
for running a bookselling franchise. Telegraph Books
Direct had many tenders for this contract, and we
are confident that we have chosen the company best
able to provide a stable, long-term home for this
thriving part of the Telegraph Group's business. |

With a
£3 million turnover last year, Telegraph Books Direct
sells around 20,000 featured, reviewed and Telegraph-branded
books a month to its loyal, book-hungry readers. Susannah
Charlton of Telegraph Books Direct added: "We are looking
forward to working closely with publishers and our new partners
to increase book sales this autumn."
BVG also recently signed a lucrative contract with Channel
4 to host, service and maintain the Channel 4 web shop.
The shop sells a variety of related books, CDs, Videos and
DVDs from many of Channel 4's popular programmes such as
Ali G, Countdown and Southpark to name a few. Simon Locke,
BVGs e-commerce Director said: |

Internet strategy has been developed around sound
business practices, which ensures that ordering via
our Web-sites is as convenient as visiting a high-street
store. Securing the Channel 4 contract is testimony
to this e-commerce technology.' |

The company
has invested heavily in state of the art order processing
systems and is set to process over 850,000 orders in the
next 12 months. To put this into context, someone will be
placing an order with BVG Airflo every 9 seconds of every
working day of the year.

' To win these contracts against stiff competition from
London based competitors is true recognition that businesses
based in rural Wales can compete and beat the best London
has to offer.'

Group Ltd announces major expansion to its fulfilment operation

BVG-Airflo
Group Ltd announces a major new expansion to its Brecon
facility. Work will start immediately on the construction
of a further 14,000 sq foot extension to the groups production,
warehouse and fulfilment operation on the Ffrwdgrech Industrial
Estate, Brecon.
Andrew Crees Finance Director. 'The expansion to our existing
operation will bring our total facility to a little over
50,000 sq feet, helping us to meet both existing and future
levels of business, safeguarding the employment of our existing
workforce and creating a further 25 jobs over the next two
years'.
Mike Morgan General Manager 'A large modern canteen, a relaxation
room and entertainment area for our staff were an integral
part of the design of the new facility' …..

Sales for the three year period ending Aug 31st 2000 increased
by 32% placing BVG Airflo as the 45th fastest growing company
in Wales. |

wins e-commerce award

Huw Edwards presented Simon Locke, BVG's e-commerce director
with a highly commended award at the 2001 business awards
for Wales. Tightlines.co.uk beat over 100 entries for the
award and will now represent Wales in future promotions
as a flagship for ecommerce . The annual awards, which are
sponsored by the Royal Bank of Scotland, BT and Cicso Systems
recognise and reward excellence in the use of electronic
business. |

'In the space of just two years we have been able
to generate 20% of the group's revenue online and
generate traffic of up to 200,000 unique visitors
a month. The award was hard fought and is real recognition
of our teams success in making e-commerce work.'

| September 2001 marked an important
milestone in BVG Airflo's expansion, the group employed its
130th team member. Now the largest independent employer in
the area and with a workforce growing by 20% per year the
group expects to reach a 150 strong workforce within 18 months. |

HQ Expansion
Announced

BVG-Airflo
announced plans to expand its warehouse and fulfilment centre
by a further 15,000 sq feet, increasing the Brecon HQ to
53,000 sq feet. Construction is scheduled to commence in
June for completion late 2001. The expansion will enable
BVG Airflo to service an ever increasing customer base across
a more diverse product range, helping to improve the service
we are able to offer to our clients, drive sales and create
yet further employment. |

HQ Expansion

April
2001 marks the completion of a major expansion to
the group HQ call centre facility. Significant investment
in technology and infrastructure coupled with a major
recruitment drive have resulted in a 100% increase
in the facilities call processing capacity.

With up to 4,000 calls a day our old facility would sometimes
struggle to offer the very high level of service to our
customer we strive to achieve. Our new facility not only
provides us with a capacity of up to 7,000 calls a day it
enables us to maintain our high level of service throughout
