BVG Airflo Group Ltd - Record results 7th Sept 2005
BVG Airflo Group Ltd is pleased to announce that turnover increased from £13.2m in 2004 to £32.5m in 2005. Pre tax profits are expected to increase from £1.28m to in excess of £3m.

Iain Burgess, Group Managing Director. 'We are all delighted with this exceptional result, even more pleasing is that the acquisition of Clifford James, accounted for just £8m of the growth in turnover with £11.3m being derived organically. This success would not have been possible without the hard work and dedication of our team. We have very high hopes indeed for 2006 and look forward to announcing another set of record results'.
New 125,000 sq foot Distribution Facility

BVG Airflo Group Ltd is pleased to announce it has purchased a 125,000 sq foot distribution facility in Skelmersdale, Lancashire. The Groups sales have increased by 250% this financial year from £13.2m to £32.5m and the new facility, which will become operational in August 2005, will enable the group to maintain its rapid growth in sales without the constraint of operational capacity.

Iain Burgess, Group Managing Director - 'With 3,500 pallet locations, a 100 seat call centre, 25,000 pick locations, automated packing machines and 1/3 a mile of conveyors our Skelmersdale facility will enable us to increase our order capacity to 1.5m a year. It is hoped that this new facility will accommodate at least the next five years growth. The Skelmersdale operation will compliment our existing 100,000 sq foot facility in Wales which will continue as the Group's Head Quarters'.
